Requests to extend service are subject to vehicle and driver availability and are not guaranteed.
Additional time may result in additional charges. The Client should obtain authorization from Access Houston before extending the scheduled service.
Delays caused by the Client or passengers, including late departures or additional unscheduled stops, do not automatically extend the contracted end time.
8. PICKUP TIMES, ROUTES & ITINERARY
The Client is responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, contact information, passenger information, and itinerary details.
Access Houston will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed schedule; however, arrival and travel times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, construction, special events, law enforcement activity, or other circumstances outside Access Houston's reasonable control.
Drivers may adjust routes when reasonably necessary for safety, traffic conditions, road restrictions, or operational needs.

In the event of a mechanical problem, Access Houston will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, provide substitute transportation when reasonably available, or otherwise address the interruption.
Access Houston is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Access Houston is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, stolen, forgotten, or damaged inside or around the vehicle, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
15. COMPLIANCE WITH DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS
The driver has final authority regarding the safe operation of the vehicle.
If the driver determines that a passenger's behavior, road condition, destination, requested stop, or other circumstance is unsafe or unlawful, the driver may refuse the request or discontinue service when reasonably necessary for safety.
